Constantin is an Associate Solicitor. He specialises in shipping litigation including all types of dry disputes relating to Bills of Lading and charterparty disputes including frustration, speed and performance claims, hull-fouling and force majeure incidents.

Constantin has also worked as an Executive Claims Handler at an International Group P&I Club, managing a wide variety of P&I and FD&D matters including cargo claims, laytime and demurrage, off-spec bunkers and General Average. He is experienced in Commercial Court procedure and in cases heard under LMAA terms.

Constantin is focused on providing clients with a service that prioritises their business needs, delivering commercial results in critical situations.
